Redesigned Web Site

Okay, we canned our old Web design firm and took the Web site development back in house. After all that time and money committed to the old site, someone pointed out that it looked like they just used RapidWeaver or something to whip it together. So we figured we could do it just as well ourselves. Or hopefully at least slightly better.
